Certificate Scanning
Each valid certificate will be scanned and attached to the customer
record into a central database. Scanning activities coordinated by TaxAutomation
are designed so that minimal interference is caused. Our goal during
this phase of the project is to capture data without interrupting your
ongoing day-to-day business activities. Depending on the volume of certificates
identified for scanning, TaxAutomation will provide the necessary equipment
and resources needed for scanning all exemption certificates in a timely
manner.
Our resources will pull the necessary documents, scan, and refile your
existing exemption certificate information so that you maintain a permanent
history of the certificates that were obtained prior to the certificate
review. This activity occurs on your premises to ensure that data integrity
is always maintained.
