TIPS • TaxAutomation Implementation Planning Services

Experienced TaxAutomation, Inc. personnel will guide your IT and Tax department personnel through the critical first steps of a Vertex® Sales Tax Q Series or L Series™ implementation project.

TaxAutomation personnel will help you: define your specific requirements, evaluate your systems, design your architecture and steer you in the right direction. TIPS will arm you with the information you need to execute your project on time and within budget.

TIPS will:
1. Help you determine your project scope and specific requirements.
2. Assist in the development of your work plan outline.
3. Explain specific Vertex® configuration requirements.
4. Provide guidance to IT and Tax personnel.
5. Provide answers & support when you need it.
6. Transfer knowledge gained from years of Vertex® Implementation experience.

TIPS was designed to "jump start" the Sales/Use tax implementation project by reducing the learning curve. Overall, TIPS will save you both time and money!

COST:
TIPS will typically require one day of billable time (on site) for a Vertex® implementation project. Other, more extensive or complex projects, will require an average of two to three days or more of billable time.

TaxAutomation consultants have extensive Vertex® implementation experience.

OPTIONAL SERVICES
TaxAutomation can assist with the Vertex® implementation project. TaxAutomation services that are available for this project include:
Installation of the Vertex® Sales Tax Q Series or L Series™

Complete system implementation
Client training and knowledge transfer.
