Do you need someone to link the Taxware® SALES/USE Tax System to the RIA/InSource Sales Tax return system?
The TaxAutomation Link was designed to convert the Taxware® audit file into the RIA/InSource import format. This program is typically used once a month and will save the average user significant manual processing time. The "TaxAutomation Link" is a very easy to use, stand alone, independent utility that:
- Reads the Taxware® audit file (leaving the Taxware® audit file unchanged)
- Automatically produces an InSource
compatible (converted and pre-formatted) file that is ready for direct
import into RIA.
Special features:
- The Link will summarize transactions
by jurisdiction and company (or division) and then create a file that
can be directly imported into the RIA tax return system.
- The user has the option to consolidate companies (or divisions) onto one or more tax returns.
- The reconciliation report is
used to reconcile the TAXWARE Tax030 report to the actual RIA tax returns.
TaxAutomation will configure your Link using the RIA/InSource specifications that were provided as part of your RIA/InSource implementation. The TaxAutomation Link typically requires 2 to 5 days of installation and custom configuration time by a TaxAutomation consultant. Complex users may require additional time.
